Jayar is a Foresight Strategist, former AVP of Foresight at Idea Couture, a Cognizant Interactive company. Jayar helped clients explore worlds in which aging is defeated, work is automated, politics is fragmented, and every object on the planet is networked.

Jayar has an MA in Philosophy from McMaster University and an MDes in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, and he instructs students in the art and science of foresight at the Monterrey Center for Higher Learning of Design and the International Space University.
